Of course, it will take a little bit of time to cook and prepare, but if you take just a few hours out of one single day, you can prepare a whole weeks worth of food. Choose foods items that can be frozen or stored in the refrigerator, so all you have to do is or toss them in the microwave when they are ready to be eaten.
